It is similar to a furnace except you are able to enjoy the ambience of a visible flame. After the initial inspection of your Gas Fireplace of Pellet Stove our NFI certified technicians will be able to answer more of your questions.

Phil My gas fireplace wouldn’t light after I lit the pilot light. After trying several services to get an appointment, I tried Phil and he gave me an appointment that was only a few days out. When he came, he looked and the fireplace and immediately found the fault — IT WAS ME! I had forgotten to turn the control to “burn”! He assured me I wasn’t the first or the last person to do that, then checked the readings on the control and assured me that everything looked good. He also found an instruction card hidden in the back of the fireplace. He refused to charge me for the service. If I ever do have real problem, I’ll call Phil’s Firehawk Services! I can’t recommend him highly enough.
